Under no circumstances shall said data be processed or transferred to third parties without the express agreement of the individual in question, with the exception of those cases contemplated in Articles 6.2 and 11.2 of Organic Law 15/1999, concerning the protection of data of a personal nature, dated December 13th (B.O.E. Nº 298, December 14th 1999).
